The apartment has two bathrooms and is centrally heated. It has a large living space with a dining area and kitchen. WiFi is included. The Juliet balcony has bi-fold doors which open to a width of 8 feet giving a magnificent view of the harbour. The living area has a 32" flat screen Smart TV with Freeview plus with the option to access to your Netflix and Prime Video accounts. There are two chairs adjacent to the balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view. The dining area seats six .The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (but no tumble dryer), a microwave, toaster . We provide a balcony dryer to dry any washing.

The double bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. The twin room has two single beds. The main bathroom is just across the hall from the twin room and has a bath with shower over, toilet, hand washbasin and hairdryer.

Bed linen, towels, duvets and pillows are supplied - but not beach towels. The apartment is on the first floor and reached by one flight of stairs.

There is an allocated parking space and access to the apartment is provided by a key located in a key safe on the outside of the building. The flat door itself has a combination lock and is reached by one flight of stairs. There is also a remote entry phone.

The apartment does not allow pets or smoking and hen/stag party bookings are not taken.
