Set in one is one of Newquay’s most scenic locations, this modern first floor apartment has everything you need to make your holiday a memorable and relaxing one.

A light and airy self catering apartment situated just a few minutes walk from the town centre but set in a quiet spot with an allocated secure parking space. Newquay Golf Club and Newquay Aquarium are just five minutes walk away.

The world famous Fistral beach is a 15 minute stroll away and the 750 meters of golden sand is one of Newquay’s crown jewels. Whether you fancy a surf, shopping for some designer clothes or fish and chips, Fistral has it all. There is easy access to the South West coastal path two minutes from the apartment.

The apartment has two bathrooms, is centrally heated and equipped for 4 people. It has a large living space with a dining area and kitchen. WiFi is included. The Juliet balcony has bi-fold doors which open to a width of 8 feet giving a magnificent view of Newquay Harbour. The living area has a 43" flat screen Smart TV with Freeview. There are two chairs adjacent to the balcony for relaxing and enjoying the view.

The dining area seats six. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster and DAB bluetooth radio. If you are wanting to work while you are staying you can set up on the dining table in the living area.

The double bedroom has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. The twin room has two single beds. The main bathroom is just across the hall from the twin room and has a bath with shower over, toilet, hand washbasin and hairdryer.

Bed linen, towels, duvets and pillows are supplied. The apartment is on the first floor and reached by one flight of stairs. There is an allocated parking space and access to the apartment is provided by a key located in a key safe on the outside of the building. The flat door itself has a combination lock and is reached by one flight of stairs. There is also a remote entry phone.

Directly opposite the apartment are steps down to Newquay Harbour and Towan Beach with its rock pools, cliffs and caves, and you can try activities from surfing to SuPing, kayaking to kite-surfing.

7 Harbour View is the perfect base to explore Cornwall. The South-West Coast path is just over the road, opening up the North Cornish coastline for walking/running/biking. Newquay and Watergate Bay offer variety for food and drink. Wheal Coates Mine, Bedruthan Steps, and Padstow are all within easy reach and a bit further afield is the beautiful seaside town of St Ives​
